My wife and I have made several interstate moves over a span of 40 years. This was our best experience. Initial contact, in home estimating, scheduling, communication, loading, and unloading all went well. No damage to belongings or property on either end. We did not utilize packing or unpacking service, but appreciated the quality and professionalism of the crews who loaded and unload our household.

Everything went very well from start to finish. Thad packers did a great job packing and loading. Unloading went great. Nothing lost or broken. I highly recommend!

Allied Moving did a great job with my move. Kevin and Antonio were friendly, thorough and professional. Everything was well wrapped and the move was accomplished with no damage and no drama.

Of 8 moves, this was by far the worst. We had over $20,000 broken and lost items. We have so far only received $7,000 from so called full replacement insurance. Use these movers and expect to lose many items and a lot of money.

We are extremely satisfied with our moving experience with Allied Van lines! We highly recommend this company! From start to finish, they were thorough in every logistical detail along the way. They made what could have been a much more stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. The in-home estimate was accurate & reasonable. We had 2 pick-up locations, interim storage needs, 2 drop-off locations, the shipping of one vehicle, & a cross-country out-of-state move. They handled the complexity of our move with ease. Their staff had excellent communication throughout the entire process, and checked in often on the actual delivery day. The two separate moving teams who loaded & off-loaded the trucks were professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful. The only complaint is that one reclining chair was not reassembled correctly; we would have preferred it to not have been broken down in the first place. Had it been the same team though at the delivery site, this probably wouldn’t have even been an issue. Overall, we are so very pleased with our entire experience with Allied Van lines!

Don’t just run SPRINT away from this company!!! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for Two Men and a Truck!! Don’t make the mistake I did. When they wouldn’t place my rug they said “we don’t get paid to” I thought it was a joke! Not to mention they broke a light fixture getting furniture in the house which I have yet to hear anything about. I beg you to spend the extra money to for much better quality movers!!

Their sales rep, Janet, was the only positive of this experience. The day of pickup I knew there would be problems when an hour passed their appointed time I called for an update and I was met with, “Oh no one called you? Oops.”When the driver finally arrived he seemed completely unprepared for the scope of our pickup. The movers managed to take no less than 3 smokes breaks in the first 30 mins of being in there. Their wrapping of our furniture was a joke especially our 65 in TV that they put a couple half boxes around and a few rotations of packing tape. This of course after they attempted to leave it and a mattress behind.Also if they tell you they’ll take lawnmowers be careful, they say to drain the gas off but it doesn’t have to be dry. Well they grabbed my mower, got it in the truck then flipped it on its side…to the drivers utter surprise…liquid came out. This led him to refusing to take my mower. $400 mower…with me leaving the next morning on a 700 mile drive and I’m told they won’t take it. And the fix for my inconvenience? They’d put a notation in the drivers record.One of the hardest things I ever had to do was to had the same driver at my drop off a $5k check knowing the absolute terrible service and treatment from this company I received. If you don’t have any other options I guess go with Allied but you’d probably get better service from a few day laborers and a uhaul.

I’ve moved many, many times in my life & Allied/Coleman were far & above any moving experience I’ve ever had! I plan on using them on all future moves. Shout out to my driver Andrew Jackson, who did an outstanding job.

I was really impressed with my initial evaluation- the weight estimate was spot on and she was very responsive in initial communications. The driver was also excellent! However the day laborers hired to move my belongings were rather careless and several of my items were heavily damaged during transit- I'm still waiting on someone to contact me regarding reimbursement for those damages.

After i paid for services in order to get my items off the truck, the experience became terrible. They no longer cared about me or my things. Broken items, no call backs, dining room table didnt get un-crated until a week after delivery, vms ignored for almost a week.

Working to unpack our move. Allied Moving Company is a no go, friends. A $6k bill on top of broken furniture, squished marked fragile boxes, and tons of broken dishes (in squished boxes marked fragile).Wow, just wow. Six thousand dollars prepaid to demolish our crystal, china and antiques. I’m nauseated.Allied Moving Company. Steer clear.

They packed boxes and moved a lot of furniture about 5 miles. The move was a total disaster. Almost everything had scratches and gouges. Damaged both fridge doors. Broke legs off furniture. Tore handles off doors. Packed some boxes super well and some were very poor. Very difficult to find someone to talk to in the office regarding scheduling so there was a lot of confusion during the move. Find someone else to move you.

Colman/Allied Van Lines employees made this move from Mobile Alabama to Crossville Tennessee a very worry free and stress free move. All of the people that we had contact with were very professional (except when I was being silly with them, they joined right in). If we ever have to move again they will be our go to people. I can’t say enough good things of the service they provided.
