“So I’m pretty naive about batteries, anything car related actually. My dealership wanted to charge me almost 500$ for the new battery they wanted to upgrade me to as well as replace the tray and connectors. It seemed a little silly to pay that much for a battery when my car was running fine with what it had for 4 years. I called around and got some quotes, I never knew there were so many battery options out there. I’m really thankful for the manager, Eric, at battery source. I called back twice to ask more questions. He took his time answering all of my tedious questions as well as assuring me that even if I didn’t come there he wanted me to ensure that I made an informed decision regardless of where I went. “The staff is top-rate, their advice sound and their equipment first rate! They quickly diagnosed, supplied the parts and solved my battery problem. They eliminated the generator as a factor, to my relief. My windshield wipers were efficiently replaced with sound, new wipers. All products were reasonably priced.”

James helped out my daughter one day while she was attending a work meeting in Mobile. We are both very grateful that we crossed paths with James. She had some car difficulties and no one was any where near her . He was the kind soul to stop and go out of his way to help her and get her home safely … I don’t have enough kind words to express my gratitude…. Definitely was a blessing ?”
“Hands down the best parts House around especially if you're not as knowledgeable as you would like to be with vehicles(for instance my grandmother) because every employee at the store actually knows what they're talking about unlike 95% of the competitors around here have employees that don't know anything about cars for real besides what little get taught when they get hired but every employee at this store has always been professional to me and friendly even able to talk you through issues and potential problems go to O'Reilly's if you don't want someone upselling you stuff you don't need I never had that problem here customer for life”
