“The store manager was so nice, after checking my battery & oil for me, I decided to buy some wiper blades & she put those on for me too, told me to stop by anytime, and I will be doing exactly that.”
“Super helpful!, and great customer service!
I had searched five different retailers for a non typical generator battery. Someone at Lowe’s suggested Battery Source. I’m glad they did!”
“So I’m pretty naive about batteries, anything car related actually. My dealership wanted to charge me almost 500$ for the new battery they wanted to upgrade me to as well as replace the tray and connectors. It seemed a little silly to pay that much for a battery when my car was running fine with what it had for 4 years. I called around and got some quotes, I never knew there were so many battery options out there. I’m really thankful for the manager, Eric, at battery source. I called back twice to ask more questions. He took his time answering all of my tedious questions as well as assuring me that even if I didn’t come there he wanted me to ensure that I made an informed decision regardless of where I went. I really appreciate all of his help. Oh, and the prices and warranties are great, too! Thank you! Date of service : 5-16-24”
“Holly and the team are fantastic! They honored my battery warranty and even installed it for me. And my battery is one of those that’s super hard to install. Thanks O’Reilly Auto Parts! And btw - Holly in particular was amazing. Loved seeing her excel at a role that is typically male dominated!”
“Very professional and friendly. The gentleman who assisted me helped me with my vehicle needs I believe he was the manager. Everything went great. Thank you O'Riley's.”
“I did not get a battery from this location but I just would like to speak on the character and customer service of James Reed. James helped out my daughter one day while she was attending a work meeting in Mobile. We are both very grateful that we crossed paths with James. She had some car difficulties and no one was any where near her . He was the kind soul to stop and go out of his way to help her and get her home safely … I don’t have enough kind words to express my gratitude…. Definitely was a blessing ?”
“Chance the asst manger needs a raise. Super nice guy. I felt bad for coming in close to closing but I just got off work. He was super nice about it and immediately asked if he could help me by changing out a headlight bulb that went out. The world needs more kind people like that.”
“Just Wanted to Say Tyler Smith was such a Friendly, Helpful Young Man. He made sure I Got the Right Parts and He got Much Appreciation from a Happy Customer! Thank You Tyler!”
“Last night I called looking for a master cylinder for an RV. John went out of his way spent 20 minutes on the phone with me just to find the right part. This particular item was difficult to match up but he did a fantastic job helping me to get my customer back on the rd. In addition the new manager Beverly is absolutely amazing she's doing a wonderful job in this location. As a mobile mechanic I depend on them heavily and this particular location always accommodates the time and effort. Keep up the great job.

“I have been coming to this location for a long time. They are very helpful but they Graced me with a ton of mechanics that a clerk had ready to recommend ( and when i called a few they were reasonable and oncoming for a phone call discussion for the issue with my car).
This just is a normal visit at this location they are always helpful, affordable and knowledgeable.
The manager is a younger gentleman however he said he used to be a cat tech so he is extremely helpful.”
