Been calling for two days no one will answer!! Someone stole my daughter's card and used it here.. I made a police report. The lady told me I have to have the police with me to look at video. Hey!!! How in the hell do I know what time, date amount and that the pin was entered wrong unless IT WAS MY CARD?!?! They said the woman comes in there regularly. But you couldn't call the police and tell them knowing she stole someone's wallet?! My daughter is a minor. I have stage 3 cervical cancer. I can't come up there. I just wanted a general damn description. My daughter was up there within 10 minutes of the person using her card and the lady wouldn't even help her. Common sense!! Common sense!! We have it on the cash app APP the date, time, amount, why it was declined , for incorrect pin. Location, address store number. Obviously!!! It's hard to make a police report when the store would rather help thieves!!

The restrooms were not working.So after traveling for an hour and a half and stopping at your store I was unable to take a piss. There.
Fore I didn't do business with your facility. Just a little note of information.Your clerk was outside the store.Not only smoking but smoking dope.

I've been to this store several times since it is on my way home from my new job. Not impressed at all. Prices are absolutely ridiculous for snack foods, and the service is atrocious. There's an older gentleman who is obviously at a major disadvantage with new technology and takes forever to clear a customer. Then there's the manager or assistant manager who chooses to sit in a chair with the fan blowing on her and just asks if you want something when you approach the counter with your goods to purchase. Beer is always warm as well, so no thanks, won't be going here anymore.
Update as of 8.18.24; went in because I was hopeful that the one 1customer care specialist, Manny, who actually works at a breakneck speed and acknowledges customers, and is generally nice, wasn't there. Unfortunately, the entire store's customers were forced to deal with Deniese. Knew she was there as soon as I reached the checkout and saw the chair. Of course, she was nowhere around and didn't appear for a time frame of about 5 minutes. Good thing the customers are honest and waited, or else it could have been a free for all for everyone. When she decided to grace everyone with her presence, her response to the guy in front of me was "Whatchoo want?". Disgraceful.

I got gas here this morning and the pump charged me $11 for a carwash after I pushed the no button asking if I wanted a carwash. It then charged me an extra dollar for a service fee for using my card at the pump. $1 for the gas and an additional dollar for the carwash that I didn't want. At least 2 other people were charged also but I'm assuming they didn't know due to their receipts being left in the pump. Check your receipts good before you leave this place. The coffee area needs help also. No creamer out except peppermint and powder ?.

Madison was so amazing, she helped my friend and I sign up for the inner circle rewards and showed us all the awesome deals they had!!!! Not only was she so sweet but the store was super clean! We will always stop by this location to see her!

They are slways having issues with either the soda machines or the slushy machines. It is rare if all are working together. The staff seem ill equipped to handle problems with this.

Don't buy a moneypack. This store has my 400$. Bought a moneypack card gave 400$ to cashier. No money was loaded and no refund was issued. Call 800# voice mail. No return call. 3 days now and no one has helped except Annie. She did her best in keeping me calm. 400$ is alot, especially on disability. It's a struggle to leave the house. Told me return 6am Friday. I did! No help! Return today, Saturday. No help, its a 16 mile trip. Everything is $$$$$When I return again at 6am tomorrow 3x16 = 48 miles total. I'm glad I'm patient.Thanks Annie for doing the best you could.

I come n this store at least twice a day. Yesterday I was here and the manager was behind the counter not really doing anything. There were me & 3 other customers standing in line. Cashier who was on duty was busy filling the ice n the fountain machine. Manager didn't say or do anything while we were standing there. The cashier' said give me a min & I'll be right there. Mean while Manager still didn't come to ring us up instead she let her customers stand online for a good 5 min's. She's very Rude & isn't very A Good Mgr for circle k company. Js the 2nd shift cashier's Are Awesome Wayne& The Lady Who works with him not sure what her name is but she's the sweetest of them all.?
