Building is great quality, salesman are courteous and friendly! I got the exact size I was looking for, however that 14 day delivery….? I am on day 16 and my building is still on the lot! In just 6 days I’ll be paying a note for a building I have yet to even set up a date for delivery for… can’t say I’d recommend if you need something on a timeline! 🤷♂️

So sad please be very careful buying a shed with this company they play you dirty and they will cut and paste you signature in a lease agreement papers you didn't sign and than take you to court to buy I'm full .. I bought a repo and damaged shed for the price of $2180 . , They told me I would receive the lease agreement thur mail which I never received it . and now after 4 yrs of paying it , I stopped the payment and payed over $4890 for a damaged shed and they took me to court for $98 dollars , got the agreement that I never signed smdh this company can screw you over ?? Getting a lawyer for forcing my signature ?? DON'T BUY FROM THEM ??

The management at Cotton State barns were excellent to work with. They work as a team to help get the exact customization you want for your shed/barn. Prices are good, service is top notch. Delivery was faster than expected, and the team that set up the building did a great job squeezing it in my yard and placed it exactly where I requested. Great business!
