I hate to do a review but I truly don’t want anyone else to waste money like several of us did today. The door was locked and I could not even go in, the lady who ran the place came to open it. It was her and another lady who was not able to do the same services. I just asked for a simple pedicure and it turned into a 2 hour event forced to pay by cash or cash app. The lady who did my pedicure was as very kind but would not touch my toes other than to file away the polish, which hurt. Another lady commented on this while I was there because it was done to her fingernails. I feel bad because they were very understaffed and I hate to leave a negative review but this was a total waste of $60. This was supposed to be a relaxing event and it ended up being a large stressful part of my afternoon. I was left in cold water for an hour, my polish was filed off with a hand file, I asked for a tigers eye color and it ended up like the X in the photos I attached, it was a horrible experience. 😢 I hope this was just a bad day.

They were amazing and gentle with me. My nails came out amazing!!! just like the picture i provided. they were $65 plus’s a tip !!!
