  I have been getting packages delivered to my home business by FedEx for over 10 years. Suddenly, they can't seem to find my house, which is in a gated community, or work the keypad to open the gate. Never had an issue before. They have managed to screw up the last 3 packages I was waiting for. One delivered who knows... read full comment

  fedex has been holding my package at the Theodore.Al. facilitysince 1-29-26.No one from customer service can or will say why.I contacted fedex customer service 7 days and no one knows anything.In the future I will ask what shipping company they use and will avoid fedex at all cost.I never had any problems with usps,ups,or... read full comment

  HAD A PACKAGE THAT WENT FROM GIVING UPDATES TO JUST READING END OF DAY. NO ONE WILLING TO REACH TO OFFICE TO REACH OUT TO DRIVER FOR LOCATION OF 3 HOUR WINDOW NEEDS TO BE ACTIVATED
