The delivery driver took off with my package before I could answer the door! She rang the bell once, then waited 31 seconds (recorded on the doorbell camera). Disabled? Limited mobility? Too bad. Need to reach someone to ask for assistance? Too bad. Screw your automated system.

4 times in one year my package has left the Theodore location and been delivered to the wrong address. No one seems to care or even try to locate it. Drivers need to pay more attention to names and addresses. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors but everyone is not that lucky!
