Ford Lehman same day starter rebuild for $250. If I had ordered a rebuilt starter from a company that stocks them, the cost would have been closer to $850.
I knew the solenoid was bad but had them do a thorough service. New brushes, bushings, solenoid, etc. It looks brand new.

Had him rebuild my alternator for my generator and he charged me $361.80 I just found out I could have gotten a brand new one for $100. Bucks so beware of this place I will never go back

Brought a starter for a repair they fixed starter and used old rubber boot and it caused starter failure in a short time charged me twice what it was worth want use them again!

Gave me a estimate was a good one went to magnolia alternater and starter got it checked knew what was doing very nice just going that way they would check it out too for free so happy it was good

I brought my starter in for repair. They told me it was inoperable and I needed a new starter. I bought it even though it was cheaper online. Then I installed my starter and it still didn't work. It ended up being a bad connection. I then put my old starter back together and there was nothing wrong with it. I suspected Franklin starter was not actually trying to repair the last few starters but was just telling me I needed a new one. Always with the new one. This time I know my starter was good. I won't be back there again but I bet they are just robing everyone because they're trying to survive this new market where the internet has made it hard for small businesses. I get that but not a reason to take advantage of your customers for profit and so you don't actually have any labor involved. Or whatever.

They forgot to plug in the air conditioning after replacing the alternator and we had to turn around and go back to get it working again. Other than that they fixed the problem.
