Have to fill out clipboard and wait. But no way to let them know I filled out. Waited over a hour in driver lounge along with many other frustrated drivers to get checked in. Very frustrating place.

Very nice people at the main office, I can't elaborate on the other 2 locations, hope they mirror this one, Mr. Fayard is an exceptional owner, I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet him.

Arrived at 1 AM for drop/ hook. The gate person had no idea what numbers to look for what vehicle trailer number to look for they didn't inform them that they just started new numbers for their BOLs, so it's supposed to be a 127 number. So when you go here, ask for a 127 number Screwed me up, sat there until the office opened at 7 AM not a happy driver wasted 6 hours because I had already started my day and the people in the office did not inform the stupid guard about the number changes. I don't even think she knew where she was looking on the paperwork. She was so clueless. And this is the 1 AM guard. The office needs to update their guard shack. I wasted 6 hours waiting to do a drop and hook ONLY. Then it took the office lady 30 minutes to even look at the Clipboard that we sign into, you open at 7. Look at the Clipboard at 7. Don't make us sit there and wait for you. We have time schedules. Do you understand? Apparently not. Do I sound mad? You better believe it.

Desastroso el trato de estas personas . Son super irresperuosos . Hacia los choferes . try by all means not to come here. very strict with appointments and trailer cleaning. and when you come in, they are very disrespectful to the drivers. they have a paper lying around for you to sign up and when they get tired of having you sitting here they come and serve you.

Once you enter you never know when you will depart because they don't have any proper time unprofessional management! I waited 7-8 hours just to get Load!

Horrible people. They watched 10 drivers line up to check in and blocked the window with paper so that they could continue to talk. Been waiting for 50 mins to drop and hook

Zero star… all staff from lady at guard shack to their office hate drivers, they don’t value your time and treat like nothing. Very rude, unprofessional and disorganized facility…
