This is the gas station you'll never stop at again. The bathrooms are dirty, the shower has no pressure, the patio is very dirty, don't stop here.

If your people don't know how to do their job then why are you not firing them. I sent my family member to your place to cash a comcheck that I registered thru the app and they either wouldn't cash it for some reason or had no idea how to do their job. Management included the check was filled out completely only needing the authorization code to get cashed that comes from your system. Because com data doesn't give the person that registered the check that information. That's a major reason why I personally don't use
Pilots for much of anything while on the road. Beside the fast food options are nothing special

Pilot should not offer reserve parking if they aren’t going to honor it. Giving a refund is polite, but drivers will still be forced to violate hours of service because this location allows theft of services and doesn’t enforce thieves to leave.
Wonder what they do to shoplifters??? After all, it’s the same thing.

I wanna thank Yaya very much for her beautiful smile and how she is trying to help and assist the customers, I have been in many places I am in pilot places I never seen the the same relation , she deserve to be a manager or supervisor because I found out she can find solution for any problem.

It's not the pilot gas gas it's Wendy's how they treated me when I had a doctor excuse and they took me off the schedule and i try called to talk to her she wouldn't call me back and I called 3 times but there's people that goes on break and stay gone for a hour and more and nothing gets done but I was sick and couldn't breathe and I was taking off and that's sad to me

Very small lot. Drivers park all types of ways. So 2 stars for the lot 10 for the store.

Smells like urine, I think it’s a truck stop that caters to local and foot traffic, not truckers. Every spot is paid parking AND if you drop your trailer they call a tow company to steal off their property and then lie about it. - Theodore resident.

Great pilot very clean pumps, showers, property inside and out. Friendly staff that welcome you….. they have small truck parking and don’t be mad it’s first come first serve
