The staff at Pilot and Wendy's was so sweet and fast!!! Everyone was helpful and smiling . Bathrooms were really clean and snacks snacks snacks!!! Great stop!!

Stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. This place is for truckers as showers are located in the building. The store had friendly workers. They greeted me upon entering and said good bye as I was leaving. The restrooms were clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. There are lots of trinkets and things you can buy plus the usual snacks and drinks. There is a Wendy's attached. So if you're hungry and want a quick bite you can grab some Wendy's food there. Overall it was an okay place to stop for a bathroom break and to get gas.

Called ahead to be sure they had DEF available at the pumps and was told "yes", but nope! The reason I called ahead was to avoid wasting my valuable time but that was thwarted by an un-informed or more likely an uncaring and incompetent employee.

Went by this place today just because I saw a video of a man complaining because pilot travel centers no longer fly the American flag because they don't want to offend anybody.not sure where he was but sure enough this location doesn't have one either. Sad that the people of this country are gonna let illegals,refugees outsiders tell them how to live in their own country

Sad stopped in here to fuel get coffee and breakfast. We was switching team drivers. I go in to get me coffee and my husband breakfast do he don't have to go to bed hungry. But Wendy's wasn't serving anything but chicken, and the coffee was all being cleaned. It was nearly 4 am when most drivers are getting started. Very disappointing especially cause I live here in Mobile and no time to go home@
