I got a rock chip on I-10 and pulled off at the next exit hoping to get it repaired before the chip became a crack that would require new windshield, as happened within 10 minutes of getting the rock about 5 months ago. Luckily, Quality Auto Glass came up in my Google search as the closest windshield repair shop. I called and a very nice man gave me a quote and told me he could do it while I wait. I was so surprised at the whole process!!! They took me immediately when I arrived and didn't even mind that I had my dog with me. They completed the repair quickly and with great care to get it completely filled. I was amazed at how the chip almost disappeared. It's been 3 days and the repair has held. They were very friendly. When I asked how long it would take to replace my windshield, they said an hour. But it only took him about 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work early. Would definitely use them again. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had two common Chevy truck windshields replaced in one day. Each had issues one had a glass with a lot of obvious defects and the molding was barely attached with two screws and two clips missing. They replace glass and clips and screws but left molding askew. When I mentioned it they said it was as tight as it should be, not addressing the aesthetics. Second truck glass was good but made a crackling sound at 60+ mph. When I asked they said the wipers, the molding or the post could cause that but offered no remedy. Said my 2014 truck was old and that could be the cause. I see the old reviews are good but later reviews indicate they really don't care about Quality workmanship or customer service.
