“After a tire blowout in TX where the tread flew off like a recap, we decided to get all new tires on our 2023 Ford 350 Coachman Class B with 40000 miles. I called from the road and Josh was great about recommending the correct tires for us and ordering 7 for us to be installed today at 7 30 when they opened. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were back on the road less than 2 hours later!! Thanks very much....we're now in Florida on our way home and won't miss any important appointments because of this unforeseen delay.”

“I was traveling from Florida to Louisiana. My jeep overheated after driving through the Mobile tunnel. I pulled over and checked online for nearby car care services. Fortunately, Downtown Car Care was suggested. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. I also had noted that my brakes were noisy. They replaced pads, rotors, and brake fluid. They worked very hard to get me on my way quickly. The bill was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough. If I lived in Mobile, I would go back for all of my car care needs.”

“Very polite and helpful folks! They got my work van fixed in record time considering the national account authorization and billing system requirements and delays. Once they got the authorization, parts were ordered and they got the water pump and belt replaced in 24 hours time!! They even caught that the thermostat housing had taken some damage when the water pump blew out on I-10 coming out of the tunnel!! So far, ERY Pleased with their services!!”
“I have bought a few sets of rims and tires from them and they are awesome. Great costumer service treat you with respect and help you figure out what you want and what will work on your vehicle. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have reasonable prices with great payment options if you can’t afford to purchase out right, 120 days same as cash. “Spectrum helped me turn a bad experience with an insurance company into an almost enjoyable one - almost. After fighting the insurance company for another driver that caused our accident for almost a month, the team at Spectrum saved the day. I turned over the whole process and they did not disappoint. They fixed the car in a timely manner and worked with the insurance company to get the checks reissued. I would take any vehicle that needs repair work to them and would recommend the same to anyone else as well.”

“We are full time Rvers in a 40' motorhome pulling a 27' cargo trailer and two tires at the same time started loosing air with tpms alarms and God we were able to get off the road and called around and found Charter Tire in Mobile and he came out to road side and replaced the two stems and aired up tires to get us back to the shop to replace all four stems with metal ones. Very reasonable priced and friendly. Lesson learned don't use rubber stems with TPMS”
