We could not be happier with the job Window World did for us. Our home is 75 years old and with the updated windows, it looks brand new! Everyone we worked with was great from beginning to end. The site was cleaned up perfectly and people are constantly telling us how great it looks!

New windows look great ! I also have windows that I had installed from Window World back in 2003 , 3 had gotten broken and as promised they were replaced for free. Fast, friendly and clean.

We had 5 windows replaced this winter and are very happy with the end result. From the point of contact to final install, Window World and all of their employees were professional, courteous and friendly. They delivered the windows well ahead of their original estimate, which was great. The installers were prompt and did a fantastic job with the install, including leaving the job site clean. I would definitely recommend Window World to my neighbors and friends.

First, and most importantly, I would like to say "I LOVE my windows." Window World customer service is great as well as the installers. From the very beginning the installers were great. They were very courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked very hard and diligently to make sure customer satisfaction was guaranteed. Thank you! The team work was astonishing. They worked above and beyond what I was expecting. My experience with Window World installers couldn't get any better. I definitely could go further with how pleased I am with the company, but I will conclude with saying "everyone was incredibly awesome." Again, thanks for making my home look amazing with my new windows.

Great product and great value for price. Lag time between order and installation might be a bit long, depending on their backlog, so be sure to inquire up front. The installers came as scheduled, were professional and efficient. They took extreme care with my home in general and were very diligent with thier cleanup and the removal of all debris.Services: General window replacement

I saw their ad and had heard of them. I had a nice gentleman come into our home and sold us windows and we then proceeded to pay a full deposit. We were notified that someone would come by and measure later on. I told the lady on the phone I would have to leave or take off of work to accommodate a time slot which was a time range not an exact time. The first attempt I took off and waited all day to find out later they had scheduled the wrong day. The second day she said they would notify me when they were on the way so I could have enough time to leave work, no phone call ever came. About a week ago they call to notify me my contract was canceled and they were going to keep $900 of my hard earned money, the salesperson 30min I guess? I told them i wanted windows and not a refund but I guess they made enough profit already. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else and stay away! Unfortunately these businesses are out there and have no customer service nor care about it either.

Window World installed 7 windows and a sliding glass door. Tank and Gorge were very respectful and courteous and the installation went smooth and looks great. I definitely would recommend them.

I chose Window World to install 16 windows on 06/20/2022. Darrell Havens was the salesperson and he stated it would be sometime around October before the windows would arrive to their warehouse. In November 2022, I contacted Window World for an update. The lady who answered the phone said “as a matter of fact your windows just came in and I was getting ready to call you”. How coincidental. Due to conflicting schedules, we could not have the windows installed until 12/12/2022. The subcontractors who came to install that day, did not have an invoice to ensure the correct windows were ordered, ladders, window cleaner, a broom nor a vacuum cleaner. They also did not measure the windows prior to being installed as to ensure the windows were square and had not issues, per Window World install requirements. The installers made quite a mess at my house. Mortar was hammered out of windows all over the hardwood floors, glass was broken in the carpet, window sills had abrasions where they hammered and blowtorched the old windows from the wall. I contacted Window World that day and advised that the windows were not square in the wall nor I could open them. Shane Odom and another gentleman came to my house to inspect the window install. They agreed that they windows were “damaged” and they had never seen that many windows that needed to be replaced in one order. I was told by the other gentleman with Shane Odom that “Jesus Christ cannot install the perfect window”. Basically they were tired of my complaints of the poor quality of work by their subcontractors. New windows and sashes were ordered to replace the “damaged” ones. I was told by Shane Odom that the original installers would not be coming back out to install the replacement windows and I would deal directly with him moving forward. I never heard from him again. On 04/14/2023, a new installer, Josh, came to my house. Window World did not send him with an invoice showing which windows needed to be repaired and installed. We had to walk through the house and tell him which ones needed repairs. He was able to correct most of the issues created by the previous installers and installed what windows he had. However, Window World did not order the correct number of windows/sashes. On 08/12/2023, Window World sent yet another installer without an invoice to show him what windows had to be repaired. Again, Window World did not order the correct number of sashes. 09/8/2023, same installer as August finally repaired the last window. He left a yellow invoice without a final balance. On 09/15/2023. I received a threatening letter in the mail stating I would be sued for 499.60 if I did not pay the balance in full within 20 business days. 09/18/2023, I contacted Window World. Gabby in accounting stated that my husband refused to pay the bill. How can I pay a bill without an invoice balance and why would I give a check to one of many subcontractors that do not even work directly for Window World? I asked to speak to the owner, Henry Santelices but was eventually told he would be leaving for a family vacation to Costa Rica the next day and would not speak to me. They provided me a generic email address to send my concerns. I do believe given the issues I had dealing with Window World, the balance of 499.60 SHOULD have been waived. But I will pay the 499.60 so that Henry Santelices can enjoy his trip in Costa Rica with his family since packing the day before his trip was more important than listening to a customer’s concerns about how he conducts business. RUN RUN RUN from Window World.Response to your comments below…NO ONE at window world went above and beyond for ANYTHING! No. I’m not satisfied with the end result. That is why I left you a less than satisfied review. You guys don’t get it! How can window world be okay with customers who are just “satisfied” with the end result??? It took over a year for the install be complete. No one is satisfied with that. Window world should be ashamed.

Very friendly crew. Very efficient and clean demonstrates the product well finished quickly
