The manager who’s name I caught on the name tag which is Beverly is very rude. I asked for help finding duct tape and she pointed to the aisle and said over there somewhere. She also started laughing and talking about me to an employee. I overheard them. I stopped by this store for the first time while traveling. I never felt so insulted and will never return to this store.

I have had nothing but trouble trying to access my account. I was sent two verification codes. I immediately put them in. I was told both times that the codes had expired although I Utsey them in immediately. I called customer support. The first person was offshore and I could not understand her and she could not understand me. She tried to get me to go to the website instead of the app which I was using. Finally she told me to hang up and call again. I did. The second woman tried to help me but ended up by telling me she would delete my account and I should start over. I did and I put in the new verification code. It has been processing for15 minutes and still has not finished? Dollar General has the poorest technical support of any company I have ever contacted. I need help!
