My package wasn't delivered but it says it was delivered and so I called them and apparently they tried to retrieve my package but had no luck , so now my child Christmas is ruined. The only thing my child asked for and now I have to wait on a refund and if I reorder it it won't make it in time for his birthday or Christmas

My package was delivered to the wrong address miles away from where it should have been. This has become a huge inconvenience and I wish the drivers would do better. This is the third time this has happened to me and I'm tired of it.

They put my package out at someone else address and then the company said it was nothing I could do just pitiful
