I visited the Thorsby post office a few weeks ago, and it was an all around excellent experience. The clerk was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me mail my fragile package. Highly recommend!

Usually I enjoy this post office.. but today I had the most unpleasant experience with the lady that answered the phone. She was So rude!!! Acted like I was stupid and was not helpful at all. So unprofessional. Do better.

The USPS is open for normal business hours during this pandemic. They have even taken extra safety measures by installing plastic curtains to separate the workers from the customers. I appreciated how the doors were propped open, which was one less thing that customers have to touch.
