Not a star at all. My furniture was destroyed by the mice and bugs in that environment. Don't put your items in this place at all. I had to throw away 4000,00 worth of items because they have a rotten problem alone with bugs. I am sueing them for damage to my items

I would give negative stars if I could!! I applied amd paid for a 10x10 unit and when I got there it was a 5x8 and as I'm putting my things in the unit the ceiling opens up and insulation filled with mouse poop falls all over my stuff. I keep calling to get a refund but no one answers the phone!!

Do not use their storage. Reason being is that they have had break-ins to the units and valuable property has been stolen. When asked to see what they found on security footage. They said “nothing”. They care about your money more than you care about the safety. Wish I had that that mower.

i’ve had a unit here for about a year and just vacated. place was nice, great price considering the competition. never had any problems.

We waited a couple of months to write a review, so we could give an honest assessment. It’s been said that I’m hard to please many times, but I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say. We rented a 40 ft fully covered slip, for our 5th wheel RV around the beginning of 2021. The owners were so friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide on a place. Their prices beat everywhere else we called by far! However, it was their kindness that won me over and it only continued once we arrived. The owner as well as a staff member met us at the gate and helped guide us in as I was new at towing something so large and long. I was there after closing and she (the owner) drove by to check to see if I needed anything before she left. She genuinely cares and has continued to be helpful with anything I’ve asked for or, needed since. I dropped in her office unexpectedly during business hours a month later and to my surprise, she greeted me by using my first name. She really made us feel comfortable about leaving our RV there. I’ve stopped by several times to pick up something, or to bring something we purchased for the RV. Every time I was there, someone was there working making improvements to the place. I picked up our RV today and it looked as good as it did the day we put it in storage. We are so glad we chose Courtesy Mini Storages.

I only give them 4 because they use a service that has no idea what they have available at this site. Twice we have been sent without getting storage units.

My unit was broken into and they took almost everything. The gate was open when I got there and there was no manager around. When he got there he said they leave it open during the day. There was also 2 other units that the locks were cut and I was told that they check the units every night. If you have a unit here you better check it. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to lose your stuff

We had a space there for over a year. Poor ownership/management. No attempt to rectify the bird droppings constantly covering our trailer while parked there. Happy to spend our hard earned money elsewhere

I'VE HAD A UNIT HERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. WHEN I WENT IN THE 1ST TIME TO RENT ONE THE LADY GAVE ME ONE JUS 3 DOORS DWN FRM THE OFFICE WHICH WAS VERY GREAT. I DN'T KNOW IF SHE DID IT DUE I'M DISABLED OR NOT. BUT I'M VERY GREATFUL THAT SHE DID CUZ I CAN WALK VERY WELL AN BEIN UP BY THE FRONT IS SO MUCH BETTER FOR ME. TYSM COURTSEY STORAGE FOR TREATIN ME VERY AWESOME SINCE I GOT MY UNIT. Y'ALL HAVE BEEN TOTALLY AWESOME WITH ME AN WEN I HAD A ISSUE W/ MY ACCT. Y'ALL WORKED W/ ME SO I WOULDN'T LOSE MY UNIT.

Most of my things were damaged and then the lady at the front desk wanted to charge me an extra month had a horrible attitude. I highly recommend somewhere else they do not care about anything other than making money off of you.

Facility is convenient, easy access, gated with 24/7 access, has security cameras & the manager Angel was very helpful & knowledgeable with my storage needs. This place has came a long way & I highly recommend this facility!!
