I very seldom do reviews but I feel like this one deserves it. To be clear I am not reviewing the company this review is for Miss Kay the manager at the Shady Grove location where I rented a storage unit. I would give her a 10 ⭐ rating if there was an option to do so, she was very professional and such a delight from the moment I walked in the door and she stood up from her desk to greet me until we finished our business and I left from there. Best customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time, she knew her job very well, she explained everything to me very clearly, and she made sure that I left with NO unanswered questions or concerns.
Another point I want to touch on is the noticeable difference in appearance/curb appeal of the property compared to how it looked under the previous ownership. I never was a customer when it belonged to Fowler but I live nearby so I often drive by the place and before the new management took over the place always looked neglected and I would have never considered renting from there but since I noticed such a positive change and it was obvious that the new manager really cared about the property I decided I would give it a try and after meeting Miss Kay I'm very glad I did.

Had our lock cut 2 times. Don't put anything valuable there, inoperative cameras its obvious where the thieves are coming in and it remains insecure.
