I went in with a delivery issue. They were right on top of it and solved my issue quickly. The Postmaster and carrier were both quite responsive and friendly.

There was a man there on this day who refused to give us our Mail after a dispute over our mail receptacle. The mail receptacle was not the issue, it was the refusal to give us our mail after coming to the post office to retrieve the mail they were holding. He was very rude and inconsiderate. Waiting on the district post master to contact me about my complaint.

The package delivery for me is awful had the lady drive right past me standing outside in the rain in front of my house and mark it as could not deliver due to hazardous weather because of a puddle and rain.

Delivery is horrible never get the mail on my informed mail. Make every excuse in the book. Poor management and not very friendly. Had mail on truck that couldn’t be delivered due to weather 5 days later still not delivered.

Used this Postal service here in Toney for years. Always wonderful clerks, delivery drivers and service was always Hometown feeling with the courtesy they provide. Love my friends at Toney post office.God Bless America ??

Regularly lie on package delivery attempt slips with excuses that make no sense. I avoid using them for my packages whenever possible, but unfortunately sometimes packages are sent to my address via usps and then I have to find time during their limited hours to go get them. So frustrating, and our complaint to the “postmaster” about it did nothing. -K LMy exact words.... I have requested a new individual, and they said, "There is no point the next person is going to do it, too."Its time for postal botics to deliver my packages. Contact me United States Postal Service! I have applied multiple times, and they won't hire me either. So from the hiring process to employment, needs much improvement.
