Customer service here is top notch!I purchased a new boat from an out of town dealer and had an issue with the motor. I carried it back to the dealer to have the issue corrected I was treated as a nuisance rather than a customer. the issue did not get resolved and no solution was offered. Frustrated, I asked around for a local mercury dealer to service the motor and Dry Creek was recommended to me.The service department was extremely helpful and Chris went above and beyond to understand the issue i was having even though i did not purchase the boat there. They have gained a customer as i will be using these guys for all my boating needs in the future.

The whole team at Dry Creek Marina were amazing. They treated us like family when we walked in and you would expect that from a dealership but that doesn't mean you always get it. We came to look at a really nice used Tahoe. Even though we were not looking at a new boat they stayed after hours to show us around and look at the boat we were interested in and never felt rushed or pressured. They offered paperwork showing the services they have been doing on the boat over the last several years and the mechanical status of the boat (runs like a sowing machine). Showed us the good, the bad, and the indifferent didn't hide anything just gave us the facts so we could make the best decision for us. Took us out on the water let us test it out and even threw in a few pieces of gear we were missing to get us water ready. If your looking for a boat go check it out for yourself couldn't hurt to stop in and see what they have.
