This location was suggested on a facebook post as a great passport processing office that does walk-in's - and so thankful for the recommendation! Michelle and Tina both were very helpful and understood the passport process very well. Plus they are very nice and professional:) Highly recommend this location, was worth the hour's drive!

On November 26, 2024 I mailed my power bill to my local electric cooperative (Joe Wheeler EMC). I then received a deliquescency notice from Joe Wheeler on December 27th, 2024. I have NEVER EVER had a delinquency notice from anywhere in my life (64 years). I traced the check through the Bank and researched and searched everything that I could think of, and I finally arrived at the conclusion that the post office LOST the bill. I now have trust issues with the post office. I will now drive and hand deliver my bills instead of trusting the post office. The post office is poorly operated. The whole institution need to be privatized. Maybe Trump will reorganize the pay office and FedEx or UPS can take it over, and make it more efficient.

Their delivery drivers ? need to learn their routes better all the time getting other people's mail.been waiting for two or three packages for 3 to 4 days.

The workers at this Post Office are amazing! They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They remember who we are and are always willing to help when we need it. :)

This us postal department are thieves. I have had multiple packages stolen from me and said they were delivered. Have reported it and still happens. They care less about the service they are supposed to provide and for reals need to be locked up for stealing. Straight crooks.
