“I had a great experience with this company! I spoke with someone who was working from home as what I would call a dispatcher! Even though she was at home with her family and helping her kids who I heard in the background, she was so helpful and answered all my questions! She was so patient with me not knowing anything I needed to know to get the service set up! Morgan came out from Troy to New Brockton to pick up my car while I was working and dropped it off safely at the shop I chose! He was so kind and very funny even though it was late and he was probably at home relaxing! Normally I would be a little hesitant or nervous to let someone tow my car because the driver would either dismiss me, be rude to me, or just avoid talking entirely, but Morgan talked to me like anyone I know would and laughed with me at such an odd experience that happened with my car!
