Past reviews don't do the CVS in Troy justice. I've never had one issue with the pharmacists nor the workers. They are very helpful and timely and if you use the CVS App and preorder your prescriptions, they are 100% ready when you get there! Pharmacists often give me advice about my medications too, even ones that they may not have taken before. They know what they're doing. Thanks CVS!

Absolute worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. Not helpful. Pharmacy staff was rude and disrespectful of me and my time.

The CVS located on Broadway Avenue, in Crown Point, Indiana, treats ALL their customers with respect, dignity, and gracious patience! If it wasn't for the hardworking team there, I would've NEVER received my pre-ordered photographs I purchased online, using their app. If it wasn't for the staff at this particular CVS - I initially ordered the photos from the closer CVS, located on N. Main St. in Crown Point, Indiana, but was politely told I needed to go to the OTHER CVS in Crown Point, Indiana to get my, "Thank You So Much" cards that I handed out to my neighbors, family, friends and community! That was a bit confusing, but everything worked out in the end. I don't hate either CVS, I just don't like ordering using their mobile app, shopping at one store, then being told, "Oh, SORRY, you got to go to the OTHER CVS for those pictures." So, I did!

Waited a smooth 45 minutes for a vaccine when our appointment time was 2pm. A pharmacy technician asked her coworker to administer our vaccine while she attended to the drive through window and he replied with " why would I want to do that." Completely unprofessional and certainly shameful of CVS . Customer service and standards of cleanliness within the pharmacy area were deplorable! We felt Like a burden even being there

I've had 3 different instances where prescriptions were promised at a specific time and they weren't ready. The first, I went I'm 3 hours after the promised time and it still wasn't ready. The second I went 24 hours later and it wasn't ready and the pharmacy manager didn't apologize but gave me a long spiel about how they have too many prescriptions to fill and not enough staff to fill the prescriptions that they have coming in and it's corporate's fault she's not getting them done. Today was the third instance. My meds were promised on Sunday at 2pm and it's now Tuesday and they aren't ready. Same song and dance from the pharmacy manager. Excuse after excuse after excuse. No apologies. It's corporate's fault. 7 years ago she only had 300 something to fill and now 500 something and no pharmacy hours and she wasn't there Sunday anyway. What a joke. Customer service is crap. Her attitude is a nightmare for the business. She shouldn't be managing the pharmacy if she can't handle it. I would go elsewhere but I have a CVS Caremark prescription plan through health insurance that doesn't allow it.
