Good people, good agency product. Too many Allstate Co.demands on customers' time with trivial requests and too many "If you don't do this, you'll no longer be receiving a credit you have been getting".

If you don't ever want to hear from your agent, use this company, all you get is increases on your depreciating vehicle and no one will explain it to you. And since I bought the policy for the coverage and not the agent, the only thing I wanted was an explanation.To answer Mr. Norris response. Again, I don't think you see my point. When I was in the sales industry, I didn't wait for customers to call me that had problems with my company or myself. But if I did, I was first to reach out to them and solve the problem. I guess this is the new age where you can't depend on companies taking a pr0blem and resolving said problem. They want you to reach out to them over and over again. What ever happened to customer service? Do you not think this agency has my phone number or Email address? Of course they do. I think I've made my point. I'm not upset with the agency, just disappointed in their customer service.

Michelle Foshee is a welcome addition to the Norris Insurance Agency, I'm glad you retained her from the Kip Lowe Insurance Agency. My husband and I used Michelle when she was with them, and she is very knowledgeable of all aspects of the Allstate Insurance Company. Continuity is a key proponent when you switch from one owner to another. Thanks, Michelle for all you do.

My mother died in February 2023. I was given the task of paying the bills for my father. Both their home and Auto are with Allstate. Kip Lowe, the former owner, was wonderful from the beginning. However, Michelle at the Montgomery office has been invaluable! She makes everything so easy and is always so kind. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars if I could.

Michele Foshee at Allstate is AWESOME!!! She has been handling my personal insurance for years and her customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! So kind, knowledgeable, helpful, etc... Gives 110% in every request I have ever had!!!

This team rocks! It took years for them to finally beat farmers and I love how they handled our accidents and the switch.Well, David, Nick, Carrie and Michelle, you Rock! Unfortunately Allstate lost to one of our previous insurers as I pulled out the good old loyalty card.This Team works to hard to keep us insured and answered our questions at any time.I wish I could stay but money talks but our connection will cross again as it has with my old provider many many years ago.I can’t thank you all enough for everything but Allstates new rates are wiping out any savings unfortunately and this creates the dysfunctional family effect dear corporate folks. Its the roots that keep a tree alive, not the leaves; lets keep that in mind when strategizing change to build national business.Lets keep doing business, not going back n forth, it’s exhausting ?Ill miss ya guys,Michael Grande
