“I recently switched to Cricket two days ago. I was with T-Mobile for 20 years. I had to go in today because my service was disconnected. Katy assisted me for a entire hour because of a computer glitch. I almost went to another company. Luckily Katy was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Katy so much!!! I appreciate you and your time. She had to call 3 times and 3 representatives hung up on her while she was trying to resolve my issue. This needs to be fixed immediately because it's not acceptable.”

“I've bought several things from the Aaron's in Enterprise...when I first started doin business with them, all of the customer assistants were really helpful and friendly. Decided to rent a new TV online not long ago, durin their $1 down, pay you go sales, and it somehow got cancled. Not sure what happened there Was told that happens some times... Did not get the TV.”
