“This best western in Troy al was incredible , the staff was a young man and and a young woman named kinsleigh S.
Kinsleigh was out going and friendly and patient - she made the stay very pleasent . The young man who worked with her was a pleasure too .
We made a last minute booking - we had 5 children with us- we had a double queen room and they provided an extra bed , the room was immaculate- had no for - the sheets were spotless bedcover spotless , the bathroom spotless and the light switches were spotless , the hallways were spotless , the grounds were spotless ,we were treated the next morning to a free hot breakfast - waffles, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy , cereal ,bagels, raisin toast , muffins , juices coffee milk - the cook was very friendly .

“The room was clean, and the hotel, in general, was also. The elevator needs cleaning of floors and walls. The 24-hour coffee/tea bar is a great addition. The meals were great in the morning and the kitchen staff is great!Noteworthy details: Ruby Tuesdays in front of the hotel had terrible service, and the food was ok when we finally got it.”

“Basically it was ok. But disappointed that fridge did not work. Sink next to microwave wouldn't drain. No bathmat for shower. No coffee maker( but was listed in amenities. ) Definitely not a $100. Motel. But very convenient on our way home from Florida. So would probably stay there again.”

“Amazing service. We booked a room at the days inn and had to leave due to the crazy amount of roaches. We called motel 6 at 3:30 am and they got us two rooms right next to each other. Room was clean sheets were clean everything was clean bed was very comfy. We were all able to actually sleep!”
