I was racially profiled for having money in my account. I went to the bank to withdraw a lump sum of my money from my account because cashapp was down and the teller told me she didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me due to the amount. I had to go through numerous phone calls with the fraud department and the branch to explain that the money belonged to me because she lied and put a note on my account saying it’s on hold for fraudulent activity, but when I talked to the fraud department they said they didn’t see anything wrong. Basically it was a Ryan Coogler situation without the police being involved. Obviously this white woman had a problem with me being black and having more money than she makes in a year in my account. I was finally able to get help from another branch who removed the hold and let me make the withdrawal instead of worrying about why I’m black and have money. It’s 2023. Stop the racism.

The one in Monroe is slow, but they are nice knowlagable helpful people, but they sent my safety deposit box, to Alabama and i still want my contents.

My account was overdrafted for almost $200 because of "processing". I have an extra bill this month because of how Regions "process" transactions and nothing can be done. Second time this has happened smh.UPDATE: I'm still waiting on the phone call I never received (as they stated in the review) from 2 weeks ago. I paid over $230 two weeks ago to straightened my account from how they "process" transactions.Plus, their "processing" caused another OVERDRAFT!!!! Third and last time they will scam me. I'm switching IMMEDIATELY. Thanks for destroying my Thanksgiving holiday Regions ?

Worst bank I have ever banked with. The way they operate regarding your account, pending transactions, and dates of transactions is straight trash. They scammed me out of my money. Regions as a whole is terrible with your money. They don’t care about the customer and I feel sorry for anyone who banks there. I’m switching banks IMMEDIATELY. They pick and choose when they want to charge an overdraft fee. It’s so frustrating getting trying to understand why they do what they do with your account. don’t bank there. Don’t do it.

I have had more bad experiences with this bank than I can count on both hands. Every time I come to the drive through I sit and wait for 30+ minutes. It’s ridiculous. Save yourself the time and bank somewhere else.

I am an understanding person and patient as well. But I will never go to this bank again. I deposited $800 and something dollars into their ATM and the whole machine just shut off and it took my card and gave me no receipt. That is most definitely a mistake on regions behalf NOT MINE!!! I’m furious at this situation because they Continue to tell me that they can’t do anything about it. I know how much money I am currently missing...somebody is being scandalous. Plus this lady that works there continues to act like she’s annoyed by me when I call. Thank you to the one person that actually was nice and helpful tho she could not get my money back.
