Fast loading but don't trust it, my confirmation said that I was going to lift 40,000 pounds and when I got to the scale to weigh myself I was overweight ?? it was a load of more than 45,000 pounds

Was supposed to deliver straight through to here and everything was supposed to be worked out. I get to this place and they tell me that my appt is the next day. I told them it was supposed to be worked out to where I could deliver then. The lady was very rude and said I could call who I wanted but I wasn't getting unloaded. I lost a load and on top of that it costed me 130 more dollars in fuel because my reefer is old and it has to run continuously to keep below 0. I dont ever book anything that I have to hold overnight for this reason. I told the broker this and the servcold but the people there could care less. I will say though the guys working inside r very friendly and completely professional. It's the only thing keeping the place going.
