My local Walgreens phone number has been down for the last several days. Whenever I call, an automated message states that it’s connecting me to the pharmacy and that calls could be delayed longer than usual today. It rings once and another automated message says, “You will be disconnected,” then click. It’s been like this for several days now and there are no additional numbers listed to call. This should not be happening, ever. I’d give zeros stars if I could.

The wait times are ridiculous! Buy-Rite in Ozark can take a prescription and have it filled in 10 minutes. And yes, they do an incredible business!

This Walgreens has been the worst I’ve ever used! I’ve tried 4 different times to get in touch with the pharmacy only be put on hold and hung up every time! My daughters covid test was completed 4 days ago and has never been received by the lab!!!! Lab said to contact the store,it would be nice to know what is going on Walgreens!

I do not like this pharmacy here. I had the male pharmacist ask me why I was taking my medication and call my pharmacy in my home town asking unreasonable questions. Pharmacists should be trained not to ask customers such personal questions, I will not visit this pharmacy again.

Walgreens in Troy is a complete joke. I went in to buy 4 dozen eggs that are .99 a dozen LIMIT 4 as stated in the Walgreens ad and they tried to give me problems telling me I could only purchase 3. After I showed them the ad they still tried to make me only purchase 3. Almost Every. SINGLE. TIME. I shop at this store I have some sort of issue and I'm pretty sick of it. I understand having limits but when I'm WITHIN the limits that you ADVERTISE and you still give me issues..you're in the wrong not me
