Do not take anything you need notarized to Wells Fargo bank they will not do it right the courthouse would not accept what they did and they would not even fix their mess up

I joined this bank because my Husband originally banks here. Needless to say it’s been an adjustment getting used to their ways coming from a credit union. It’s fine I can overlook all that because a bank will not be the same as a credit union, however; customer service should be good no matter where you go. This bank (branch) in Troy is LAUGHABLE. They only ever have one teller open for customers. They all act like zombies with no sense of urgency or care for their customers. What really drew the line for me is this morning I’m just waiting for the bank to open so I can start my day and get a direct deposit slip I needed for work. This lady that works there parked in front of the door screams at me from her car that I must leave the parking lot because they’re trying to open the store. I have never in my life been told to leave a parking lot where I am a customer and I was not doing anything wrong to be assumed as someone that couldn’t be trusted to wait in the parking lot for them to open. That drew the line for me. Who tells their customers to leave the parking lot and furthermore it’s not a big branch or area. These workers have to know most their customers. They have seen me many times and know I’m a customer. Absolutely insane behavior because I had every right to seat there and wait! I will NEVER go into that parking lot again. I will drive to Montgomery branches before ever going back to this Troy branch where it’s clear they could care less about their customers!

Terrible experience with customer service, difficulty even trying to open new accounts, and most recently holding deposits for extended periods of time with no notice causing bills to not clear. Lots of excuses, not acceptable

I've been trying to open an account with this branch for weeks. My first appointment was blown off and canceled, and we were not even notified ahead of time. This time, I've tried to call six times, but cannot reach anyone to even ask if my appointment will be honored.I have no idea why this branch is so bad compared to other Wells Fargo banks I have been to in the past.The line is incredibly slow, and they simply do not communicate. I will be taking my banking elsewhere, and until they get it together and honor their commitments, I recommend you do the same.

Why is every Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to open on Saturday yet this one isn’t? The people that work here are very nice but like, really? OPEN on Saturdays. Every other bank does it. I’m not going to turn my check in online when it takes until Tuesday to even get it available.

The Troy branch is slow as a snail. Line wraped all around the building i could have drove to another town and done what i had to do b4 the line would move. Ppl left bc it taken so long. Understand that it takes a bit for each person but been sitting in line for 30 minutes.

This is nor a good branch to deal with had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru wasted my whole lunch break waiting on these people to do their job that is crazy

This is the absolute worst bank to do business with. I had to order a new debit card and after 2 weeks of waiting on one I was told I would have to wait another 7 days for my new one. I asked if there was any way they could expedite the card due to me having certain bills drafting out and was told no. So now here I am having to wait a whole week for a debit card once again. They had very poor customer service and I will be changing banks tomorrow.

Hate the fact that they will charge you monthly interest fee even if you didn't have enough money for 1 day.. I mean 1 day...Seriously??!!! it was 1 day come on people. you are literally pushing away your customers.
