This branch was so very unhelpful, uninformed, and downright rude to us after making us sit for over half an hour. Do yourself a favor, if it's important, choice another branch

The lady at the front African American women with braids she was rude taking calls on her personal phone and the other banker pulled her to have a conversation about another customer in front of me and not handling my problem as serious as they should

They stole my money and then when I came up her to get it back this lady balinda Coleman told me there was nothing she could do they have stole hundreds of from me and I cant get it back I will never recommend no one to come here they will be hearing from my lawyers to resolve this issue I will no long be doing business... read full comment
