This branch was so very unhelpful, uninformed, and downright rude to us after making us sit for over half an hour. Do yourself a favor, if it's important, choice another branch

Notary cannot notarize anything relating to Trusts! Wills! No reason given just No I will not do that. Terrible service. Lost paperwork regarding welcome deposit after we met requirements for direct deposits for the first month. 1st month received a charge for not signing up for paperless bank statement. Corporate office was not helpful. Bank here if you want barriers upon barriers of red tape and people who are the opposite of helpful. I think they might actually find joy in telling you “I cannot help you.” Do yourself a favor bank somewhere else.

I have been banking here for over four years and the Customer service I received today was well below standard in Trussville. The teller K.B. was rude and has no professional abilities or training. The management team knows about her and still has not addressed it. I would be finding another banking institution that cares about their customers.

DO NOT use this branch. We've had nothing but trouble when we making deposits at this branch putting 7 day holds on bank issued cashier checks, which is the same as CASH, its basically a money order. The Pell City branch is pleasant and does not do this. It is well worth it to drive the distance if you don't want your own money held that is actually CASH and not a check. We were told by Anna in drive-thru the hold would be released in 24 hours to close on a home and then the branch manager said she lied. I had to go to Pell City to get this mess fixed. This has happened now 3 times from the Trussville Branch with 7 day holds on cashier checks and even pay checks from my husbands employer until direct deposit was set up. Considering moving our accounts to Wells Fargo. We've heard this bank has the same policy at all branches for its members, rather than continue to deal with Truist. We've been here for years. This is ridiculous and too many hoops to jump through. We need a Trussville & Pell City bank to deal with as we are in both towns on different days. Nobody should have this much control over your money, especially when it is a cash transaction or paycheck.

I like this bank, not just the corporation but this one in specific. The people here are nice and very understanding, my friend has an account with them and everything is just so quick and easy. I do recommend this place. It's always clean and the atmosphere is nice, I enjoy coming here.

Truist Bank Is the worst bank in the entire world. I don’t understand or get how you have employees that even still exist. I hope and can’t wait to God himself remove this entire bank. There is never anything I can get assistance with. It’s okay though because I’m closing my account and I’m taking all my elsewhere. I wouldn’t even leave a star but it’s required. Do me a favor choose another bank this is not it.

Truist in general is the worst bank ever! Please do not put a cent of your money in this bank. I opened an account online last Wednesday. The following day, I went into a branch to make the initial deposit. The next day, I tried logging into my online banking and I had been locked out. I called customer service and Finally after getting transferred to 20+ people, I reach someone who says my accoutn has been closed due to fraudulent activity. Ridiculous. Now my money is gone and I can’t get it back! Customer service doesn’t even know what’s going on. This “bank” is a joke!!

Monique and all the staff at this branch are awesome and caring people. The girls always welcome me in and they can fix any problem whether it be my small business account or my personal. These folks go the extra mile! Bank with them!!

Heather is extremely helpful and all around amazing. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. There have been numerous times I have called her with questions when other departments failed to answer and she has always helped me out, even if that is not her obligation. I have seen her apologize on behalf of other employees and be on first name basis with a lot of clients. She continuously wears a smile and is one of the friendliest people you will encounter. More bankers and more people should strive to be as presentable, friendly, and helpful as Ms. Heather is. She is my go-to woman.
