Wonderful customer service! I called them to ask if they had an Ethernet to USB adapter and the man who answered looked on their shelves for me, but they were out at the time. But he even went into the back and looked in some boxes for them. He called me back and said that he couldn't find them there but that his father in law (I believe he said the owner of the store?) Has a storage unit and believed he had one there. Truly went above and beyond to try and help me find this item.

I waited for 5 weeks for the delivery of the amplifier that I had paid for.Yet the amplifier had no sound. BNC exchanged it for me but I had the same problem with the replaced amplifier. They finally figured out that the version they were selling was made for 240 volt European market. Yet the sockets fit the outlets here in the USA.I was very disappointed with their delivery time, the "defective" product, and the refund time for this expensive item. I placed the ordered on November 6th but by the time I got the refund, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays were over.How could a shop carry the products that were made for the electricity in another markets? The problem has consumed too much time for both their customers and for them.

Bough a brand new Peavey Mixer. When I received it the Bluetooth feature was not working. Chris asked me to contact Peavey to make sure it wasn't user error. I totally understood that. Peavey stated the the mixer was not functioning properly and told me to contact Chris at BNC. I contacted Chris and he stated that we could do a return. Since then he will not return and messages so I am forced to leave this review and contact Peavey directly to see if they can help me.
