Garbage customer service!!! I’ve been trying to get through to the tool rental department for two days! Apparently they can’t figure out how to transfer phone calls. I left my number for them to call be back but still no response. All I can get is a rude girl who say wait one second……. It’s been 48 hours.

When I tell you all this Home Depot is the Worse. I have been waiting on these people to install Carpet in my home Since 4/2021. This long frustrating journey has given me anxiety.. Every month they schedule to install my floors was cancelled due to something.. Going through the Trussville store, I requested a consultation for new windows. The salesman they sent 5/12/21 was very nice and informative. He did a measurement and quoted me roughly $8500 to replace all the windows with a lead time of about 8-9 weeks. He told me another rep would contact me shortly to do another, final measure. It took a month, 6/11/21, for that rep to even do the final measure. I got a call today to set up the install appointment. I was told the earliest

Terrible service. I called for a door installation because they never responded to my online request. The installation dept never picked up after being transferred to them 3 times. On the 4th time I told the customer service employee what kept happening and she hung up on me. Even their corporate line couldn’t get ahold of them and he suggested I use a pro contractor afterwards. Just Go to Lowe’s they’re right down the street.

The staff at this store is rude. I was 5 min early to pick up an order. Which normally aren't filled. I've had several I've had to get myself. And I was standing inside the door. And I was escorted out. To stand in the cold.....As usual the order isn't ready. And the guy is giving me a hard time.

This is the wost place to shop! on line is awful! We have gotten damaged counter tops three times. Last time it was sent fedex freight. They told us they would be here saturday. We waited and waited! Finally my husband called and the person he got said fed ex does not deliver on saturday. We have been trying for over a month to get counter tops. My kitchen does not exist anymore. The communication with the store and shipping needs to be better. The business they buy these tops from keeps saying he is in the dark about our shipments! we need new people who care to replace managers in these stores!

Looks like the reviews for this location are kind of all over the place based on if help was needed or if you were able to go in and find what you need and move on. I had been shopping (and grabbed a bite to eat) in the stores that are found just up the hill (behind) this Home Depot. Ran in quick to grab a couple things. The great thing about chains, the ones that do it right and Home Depot tends to be one that does - they keep a similar layout from location to location. I was able to quickly come in and identify where I needed to go to find what I was after. Prices were the same as any other Home Depot (or that other building place that starts with an L). Checkout was pretty quick - not anyone waiting in line and the person that checked me out was friendly and got me out the door quick. I wouldn't hesitate to do more shopping at this location ---- really convenient location.

I have been waiting for my appliances for over a month, and I’ve been rescheduled twice. 1st reschedule was because of a back order, It’s all good! 2nd reschedule was because “they forgot to put my appliances on the truck” the day before delivery. Home Depot is starting to get as bad as Lowe’s.

I used curbside pickup & received the wrong gauge fencing, with the wrong mesh size & the fencing was crushed badly on one end (see photo). Now I understand why the employee that retrieved it had a smirk on her face. Beware of using curbside pickup, without inspecting the product first! I could see her smirk because the employees are apparently only wearing masks if they want to. Even WalMart has all of its employees wearing masks now. The crudely-tatted employee stationed outside the entrance even left her post and ran up to a presumed friend, who stopped his car in the middle of the road. And the fool covidiot actually hugged him! I'll never shop at Home Depot again. They have the moronovirus!
