I always get worried anytime my car has been fixed in a shop bc it's never perfect and I can honestly say I could NOT be happier. I'm so picky about my car and they exceeded my expectations by farrrr! I honestly can't believe it looks that good, the whole bumper looks better than before. All smiles from me. Thank you so much for your excellent work!?

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They had my vehicle so long I almost had to get flowers for our 1 year anniversary.I even did the leg work of getting part numbers. The work was subpar, the first time I was told it was done I found visible fasteners that had been swapped for rusty chrome ones. ( had pictures to confirm they were wrong). Then the paint work was awful. It had issues that weren't there in the previous pictures. I then went back multiple times after they said it was done and it wasn't(each time 45min drive one way), for some blatantly obvious workmanship problems. I was told the vehicle was done no less than 4 times. When i picked it up I ran out of gas before I got the end of their road. I don't know if it was left empty because they didn't bother to look or out of pettiness. When I got it home I still found issues but no way I would take it back. The rear bumper bolts going to the frame weren't tight, Bolts on the fenders not tight, HEADLIGHT GLUED IN... The more I dig into to my jeep the more sloppiness I find.

Well first I will say the staff was extremely friendly, especially Ms. Angela at the reception desk. Always a pleasure speaking with her. The work done on my vehicle was definitely not the best. It seems as if my car was rushed and it resulted in several issues that should have been avoided. Gerber tried their best to rectify all of the mistakes but it’s not satisfactory and every time I go to my vehicle I notice something different that’s not right. I feel as if they had taken their time the first time, the job itself would’ve been perfect as they seem to do great work. The collision center is 40 minutes away from my home so going back and forth was becoming too much of a hassle so I took it as is the last time I went back.Update 8/23/23: I am working with the manager to see about getting the remaining issues corrected. I will update again as needed.Update 9/6/23: went to Gerber to meet with Chris and he ordered parts that need to replaced and will let me know when to come back so that they can put the new parts on. I will update again as needed.
