This is the worst gas station I have ever been to. The attendant accused me of stealing another person's gas when I did no such thing. I pre paid 10 dollars on pump 10. Went and started pumping. The pump stopped at 6.50$ and that's when she came out screaming that I was pumping someone else's gas. When I went inside to ask what she was talking about she threatened to call the cops. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I was at this station yesterday at 3:54 PM (June 23). The check it girl was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I asked her a question and she jumped all over me. I told her I thought she was very rude and she said I was being videotaped and her manager would see she wasn’t. Then I asked for the address of this station and she told me she was going to call the police on me. Two of the other customers gave me the address. Two others were looking at her like she was crazy. I’m a great grandmother and have never been so disrespected. I hope she loses her job.
OMG. I just read the reviews about this person. Why is she still working there???

We pulled up to get fuel for our diesel. We couldn't use our card at the pump. My husband went in and prepaid for the fuel. He came to the pump and it said to replace the recepticle. He did, and the lady behind the counter came out yelling, "you froze the pump!" my husband told her it said to put the pump back. She said, "I ain't your wife! I don't know who your talking to but I ain't your wife!" I immediately asked her what that had to do with anything? She said I'll just refund your money. I was wondering at this point why we couldn't just fix the issue and she repeated I ain't your wife! I said, I know your not, I am!" She then asked, "What you going to do about it, come on!" This is so unprofessional! A professional would have tried to fix the problem with the customer and move on. She was just disrespectful about the whole situation! I pray that we got the correct information about the store manager so we can prevent this from happening to someone else in Trussville! Thank you to the officers that came out to assist in the situation!

My daughter and I went to this shell gas station on 03/12/2024 at 4 a.m. , I stayed in the car and sent her in to get me a soda but because I was not properly park the cashier would not service my daughter, my parking had nothing to do with the cashier not wanting to service my daughter, that was unprofessional and should not have had anything to do with the way I parked, she acted as if I was blocking the door or something, no ma’am that was unacceptable.

Gas station is fine but cashier was rude. I was accused of “loitering” and told to leave because I spent 5 minutes standing outside the building after buying food before I got in my car.

I went to pick up some stuff and parked in the front, like most gas stations. The lady told me in No uncertain terms to move my car or she wouldn't sell me anything. Now this is 10:00 at night And there was not one car in the parking lot and she told me I was blocking her through traffic. That girl was so rude I will never go to the store ever again. I don't see how this cashier is working customer service, because that was anything but. I can't believe that y'all are willing to lose a customer over a car parked in the wrong area.

Today walked in to purchase gas, ask cashier a question about a product, she didn’t smile, greet or anything, she answered questions in a very rude manner. If you don’t like your job, quit don’t make customers unwanted because you hate your job.

Pulled into the parking lot on Thanksgiving around 4:30PM. The parking lot was full and no parking spaces were available with two cars taking up multiple spaces. I stayed in the truck to move if I was blocking traffic which I wasnt. The clerk refused to ring up his cokes and only said “move your vehicle”. He told her there were no spaces and she still refused. He was so nice that he put the cokes back up. As he was leaving I could see her through the window laughing at him and saying what looked to be a profanity. Will never go back as long as you employ lowlife people like this one.

OMG I've never met such a rude person in my life! Then for a "convenient" store, so I have INSANE anxiety and it takes ALL my will to just go up to someone. All I wanted was some water in my cup for my 3 yr old and she stares at me from head to toe literally, and barely wanted me to get water she said "only you can get" or something like that. I want to at least say thank you for letting me get some though, but dam it's really not that serious. I read reviews and one said something about racism, I am hispanic and she was a white older lady. I'm not one to pull out the race card but kinda did get that vibe. Thanks again though.

Stopped for gas and bathroom break. Decided to buy some boiled peanuts. I asked the clerk for a bag and she told me they don't just give out bags. I was like what? I explained I needed a bag for the peanut shells. I said I made a purchase, do you not give bags with purchase? The customer in front of me left with two bags of wine.We just spent $ 76 on gas and peanuts. I can promise you, we will not stop here again!Added thought-After reading other reviews, it is clear to me the owner of this store doesn't care about customers. Same rudeness experienced by countless others in the last several months.

On 8/25/23 at 08:48 PM I stopped for gas used card at pump, waited for receipt it said inside. Went inside and African American female working had attitude when I asked for receipt, I had to get smart back because if you going to argue with me about it you need to find another job, then started cursing at me and talking about my appearance. I don’t bother anyone but if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers. When I passed back by this gas station she was standing outside smoking a cigarette they need to reevaluate her. She has a serious attitude problem and she need to be reprimanded because she doesn’t value her job.

The attendee was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I asked for her to name the flavors of vape they had in a certain brand and she refused and played mind games with me until she handed me a vape (not even the brand I asked for) and sent me on my way. There was only 4 flavors I asked her to name because I could not see them myself due to my poor eyesight.

Why is it if you go in the store at 11.05 pm they always say I temporarily close for 10 minutes? I have never heard that anywhere except this 1 location. Well I won't be back to this store I get off work at 11pm and work across the street from this store its better for me to drive to the other side of the interstate get what I need and go home
