Went to the store twice in the last six months. Their WiFi is shotty and it took 6 hours to swap my new phone. Today I went to upgrade another phone and the attendant had no clue and you could not understand him. He told m that the WiFi was still bad so i left. Wen to the other Trussville location and was taken care of very quickly and professionally. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!

Candace was very helpful and solved problems I’ve been having with my new phone and service for the last three days. I was frustrated from dealing with several different T-Mobile customer service representatives who were nice but couldn’t help me. Whenever I called customer service they gave me the run around or just couldn’t fix anything and just directed me to go to T-Mobile physically but I didn’t have time. I ended up just calling the closest store to me and Candace was able to fix everything. She was also very patient about me calling repeatedly? and answered all my questions while talking me through it! I really appreciated it!

As has been typical since I started my service on December 4th, the store clerk was couldn't have been more unknowledgable, uninformed and unhelpful.It's the third store I've visited in the Birmingham area in the past 3 weeks and they've all been the same. They blame the "online" people for messing everything up, but in the same breath claim only online support can solve my super complicated problems which consisted of - hold your breath:Trying to activate my new phone.I know that my expectations are far too high to expect the t-mobile store clerks would be able to activate a phone, but I tried anyway. It's clear the only thing they know how to do is anything that will earn them a commission.Fast forward three weeks and I'm at the store to cancel my service. I have no interest in spending hours every day trying to fix service problems, activation problems, billing errors and getting t-mobile to honor their rebates, promotions and discounts.I was one of 11 angry people in the store, all of us trying to do things like getting our phones to work, fixing issues with activation or deactivation, etc. No one left satisfied, all of us told to call online support.After 2.5 hours I was told to call online/phone support. Again. And after 3 more hours with online/phone support, I'm told I have to go into a store. I'm so over this company and have already signed up for a new provider.They will not honor any of the promotions, rebates, prices, etc they promise when you sign up. They don't care about their customers and the "support" is all aggressive people from foreign countries who can only repeat themselves & read off scripts.Stay away.

I started with them in July 2021. Never honored the new phones for leaving Verizon after 20 years. It has been one disappointment after the other. The two young ladies the other night were very helpful. But, since I started, you are told one thing and then it is let down again. I had a defective Nord phone they didn't know how to return and charged me for the phone. Called them customer service. Waste of time. Looking for a new carrier. Do NOT attempt to use this network away from the main Interstates. We were on I 22 and went almost 2 hours with no service on our trip to Kansas.

My wife and I went to get new phones and the young lady by the name of Amber really helped us figure out the best route to go. She was professional throughout the whole process. We appreciate her.
