This is a great car wash that used to be even better. They took away the scrub brushes and pre-cleaner that the employees used to put on your car to help get the bug guts off before it goes in the wash. Now the bug guts stay on.Services: Polishing

Leon greeted me with a warm Hello and enthusiasm that shows his commitment to great customer service. You don't get that personal touch at many businesses right now so I appreciate it. And, I will definitely come back for all of my car cleaning needs.

I paid for a 39.95/month membership because I was very happy with the service, at the time. They sprayed off the front and other trouble spots of my car before it went through the wash. They had (and still have) vacuums, cloths, and armour all interior and glass cleaner to polish up. They also offered tire shine. The tire shine was erased and today I was informed the pre-spray is no longer. When I asked, she said “we don’t do that anymore. I’ll spray you, tho. I’ll say you were dirty.” She sprayed the back. While I appreciate it, I had driven to Mississippi and back this week. It was the front and the brake dust behind the tires that needed a little extra. I understand I could have gone through a few more times, until it was clean, but who has time for that?

My car was so dirty! Since I bought the unlimited package for the month I ran it through again. I also love the unlimited vacuum . I cleaned my windows and inside of my car!! So convenient and the employees were super nice! It rained today so I’ll go back tomorrow!

Only two issues:1.When Take 5 took over, why did you remove all the American flags that used to fly over every Goo Goo carwash location?PUT THE AMERICAN FLAGS BACK! ALL LOCATIONS!2. I only got tire shine on the right side tires. The left side had no noticeable shine. I didn't have time to stop to ask them to get their manual sponge applicator and spray dressing bottle to correct the issue and dress the left side tires.Wash was good as always, no excess soap, blowers took care of the rinse water, vacuums were working. Employees polite and friendly as always.

Frequently visit this location, amazing customer service . Alexandra, Josh, and the manager are hands down some of the best individuals I have ever dealt with here, I know I am going to be greeted, smiled at, and asked if there is anything else I need when I see them here. I would hire them to work for me in a heartbeat.

I came to your car wash Saturday and my rear bumper was disassembled! The associates helped me “zip tie” my bumper back together and I was told that the manager Jerrion would be contacting me on Monday, I haven’t received an email nor a phone call. I am trying to handle this situation by chain of command but something has to be done.
