“I had an awesome experience at Harbison Tire & Auto Service with Curtis Russell. I showed up on referral without an appointment with my tires off the wheels of my zero turn mower. Upon entering the building, I saw at least 12 sets of keys (open tickets) on the counter. Curtis stopped and helped me without hesitation and got me out in less than 15 minutes. But there’s more, he did this without charging me a dime. Customer service is a lost art, but they nailed it. Thanks again Harbison Tire & Auto Service!!!!!! I’ll see you soon.”
