I use them thru freightquote. I can never get them to answer the phone at TForce in Birmingham. Still trying. Having to get in touch with Freightquote so they can get in touch. Have had a booking for them to pickup a pallet since Tuesday and still haven't heard from them. Its Friday.

First off... The customer service agent was very agitated on the phone, even attempted to "speak down to me"... Anyway....I had a crew on a jobsite to receive the originally scheduled delivery, which never showed(2/11)....I had to call to find out there was a weather delay. Complete waste of time and money for me... They changed the shipment to the next Tuesday(2/16). I arranged to receive it Tuesday, but then they called Monday(2/15) to tell me it was delayed again. At that point I simply asked if there was anyway to get it to the site Tuesday because I will have a crew there waiting for it, the customer service "lady" chuckled and asked how my crew was going to drive on ice....? They are staying at hotel nearby, so they'd probably drive....? I'd never recommend UPS Freight to anyone after this.. I can understand weather delays...but the tone to which I was being spoken to was completely unnecessary and honestly offensive. She even spoke off the phone during the call to people in the warehouse asking "Any of you working tomorrow?" Seriously? Is this UPS or Jimbo's Hauling Service? At this point I'd bet Jimbo is better at his job anyway.UPS Freight "We know more than you and don't care about your time, we ain't working tomorrow"

Driver left an expensive piece of equipment in an alley just before a tropical storm came through.When the driver arrived, workers on site told the driver he was in the wrong location and the shipper had made a mistake. When he called the store (not the recipient on the label) he was sent to another wrong location. Finally we realized he was still in the wrong location and told the driver. He then loaded up and left.When everyone had gone to lunch he returned and without telling anyone he put the crates in the alley and left!On the website, UPS indicates the shipment was signed for by someone who wasn't even there. No one signed for delivery but on the website it says it was signed for by someone who was 10 miles away at the time of delivery. This is a flat out lie, the signature line is blank.Two days later the driver called for redelivery and he disputed these events. I challenged his recollection of the facts and apparently upset him. We were then labelled a "hostile" recipient. My call with him was heated but profanity free and fact based.We do quite a bit of business with the package side of UPS. The driver has become a friend of ours over the years. However I'm not sure we can stay with them. Very disappointing!
