The employees at this location are rude, disrespectful, lazy and do not know how to perform their job duties but they will speak to customer’s condescending. I go in at least 1x a week if not more because the 32 billion (yes that’s correct) company I work for has a shipping contract with UPS. Yet every time I walk in to mail things and say I have a corporate solutions account, keep in mind to the same 3 men, they rudely proceed to tell me we do not do corporate accounts then act like they’re going to ignore me. I’ve also seen them act completely terrible to an elderly lady that was confused on how to mail an Amazon package and instead of showing her how to pull the return code up on her app said I have to help the next customer. This is unacceptable customer service! It’s a shame this location, that’s individually owned gets as much business ad they do just because of UPS name!

Have never had "bad" service but also never great. That changed three weeks ago when I took two items for return. One for Zappos and one for Amazon. From what I can tell now, the UPS employees sent both items to Zappos. Since Amazon didn't receive the return item, I'm not out $108.
I should add that Amazon hasn't been helpful and Zappos pretended to be helpful but never sent me a follow-up email as promised so they never bothered to try figure out what happened to the item returned to them.
Ultimately, it's the fault of UPS Trussville.

Was in the store at 230 processing Amazon return. Agent had not entered data. Lights go off and they close! Would not complete the transaction! Said come back Monday! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Will never use them again!

We had to fax some documents on June 3rd. Gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. People need to bring their hyper selfish attitudes down, be more respectful of people working and doing their jobs best they can

I won't be using the UPS to handle anymore of my shipping needs. The customer service here is a joke. Today was the last straw for me. First off this place is not convenient for me as I have to drive 30 minutes just to get to a drop off location so the least I expect after fighting traffic and making the commute is to be treated with decency. I went to this location to drop off an Amazon return. The guy that was at the counter had a poor attitude and the only words he spoke to me were "Can you make your phone screen brighter" so he could scan the QR code. I was never greeted and I was never offered a receipt. I walked out and literally walked right back in after realizing I didn't get a receipt. I got back in line and asked for a receipt and I was told by the other worker that there was no way he could reprint it once the transaction was complete but I would get a notice from Amazon. I asked him if he was sure he there was no way to look it up being it hadn't even been 5 minutes since the transaction and he just turned away and walked off from the counter. I stood there for a few minutes given both workers a fair chance to rectify the situation.... NOTHING. I stepped out and called the customer service number and of course I got no answer. Now here we are almost 3 hours later and still no notification from Amazon letting me know the return is being processed like I would normally get within an hour of dropping a return off. Now it's just a waiting game to see if they actually scanned the code. I refuse to do business where people are hired to do job and they have a problem with DOING THEIR JOB. I absolutely don't want to do business with a company that has a customer service line they don't answer. Save your business elsewhere. This place is not worth your time and frustration.

I have used this store on a few occasions to return items back. However on this day, I called because I have an item that needs to be repackaged because the box was thrown away. I simply wanted to know if they offered this service, and what would I be looking at in terms of price. Now I know that I could not get a flat price because I figured it would go by how much the package weighed. My problem was the attitude of the person I spoke with. They were very dry and very nonchalant with my question. I was told he couldn't provide me with a price. I told him I understood that because I'm sure it would go by how much it weighs. My question was, is there a base price, like a price per pound for a package. Or how was the price determined. He said it was per pound. So I said then what is the price per pound. To which his reply was, I don't know. I asked, So how then do you know how much to charge. He was still very nonchalant and said he couldn't give me that information. I said okay thank you. I'm hung up. I won't be going to that location. I will drive across town first.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Had a situation this afternoon where my husband dropped off six packages to return to Amazon and had six QR codes. When he got home he only had five tracking numbers. He told me he tried to express to the employee that he only had five they discounted him and said that they scanned everything. I called up there to try and resolve the guy on the phone said I said there were two items on the same QR code return which there was not. He hung up on me and now they won’t answer so I have to go back to Trussville and figure out what is going on with my return. I asked to speak to a manager he said he wasn’t there. Likely story, if your go in by to be in customer service then you should train your employees how to handle conflicts. I did not get rude, but I want to insure that I get my refund on all the items that were purchased. This is not acceptable!!! I will be speaking to the owner.

It is so ridiculous that you can't call the store directly. I thought I was calling the store directly but you can't. Igot their customers service who was unable to answer my question and told me to go to the store in person to have my questions answer. How asinine!

The guys that work at this store will not help you, they are lazy,! Very rude, terrible customer service, they need to fire all the employees and start over again. And not hire preppies! I will not be using there services any longer.

Store hours are suppose to 8am to 6:30pm however on today I arrived at 5:59 pm and the store was closed.

The staff were very attentive and helpful to my needs. This was a very important document and it needed to arrive next day. They put me at ease and got my package handled. I was relieved when they asked about insurance and signature. Thanks guys.

The Employees behind the counter look stupid and i hate them
