I was the only car in the drive thru they still made me wait, unprofessional attitudes. When I got to the window there were 5 employees standing around. I'm done with them I've never had a good experience here.

At the drive thru they informed us that they were only taking door dash and mobile orders so we were a little disappointed that we had to go in but once we got in, they were all very nice . Don't understand why we had to come in to order but we had to take our food to go. Weird!

I have been to Wendy's, Trussville, Al. 35173 3 times in the last 3 weeks and could not get my food. The lobby is closed and it is only 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. Had to go somewhere else again. I wanted a Dreamcycle smoothie.

Was told they close the drive tru at 11pm not 12am. They keep the lights off to avoid customers coming through.

Wasted time and money. Placed an order in-app for pickup. We got there and there was one person at the drive through box but they were being ignored. So we drove around to window and no one came to it. We even honked and nothing. So we drove forward a bit, to see all of the employees sitting in the lobby. Headsets on their heads, just laughing and acting stoned. When we knocked on the door the manager said they hadn't started any food as they had not been in the kitchen. We left after waiting far too long for this outcome. I only hope I'm actually refunded the $30 I just wasted. She said she would cancel it but on my end the app still just says completed and gives me no option to cancel now.Even tried calling 3 times. And they're a 24-hour location. We got there before 11pm on a Saturday night.I've had to file a dispute with my bank, as the didn't even cancel it.

4-6-24. 6:30 pm. Not crowded at all. Store was filthy and girl at counter appeared unclean and dirty pink hoodie. Unprofessional, horrible attitude Ordered two singles with no cheese and two Dreamsicle Frostys. Order showed on screen as cheeseburgers. I again asked for NO CHEESE (highly allergic). Frostys were soupy at best, didn’t seem cool at all Sandwiches arrived with cheese. I politely reminded Pink Hoodie lady I asked for no cheese. She rolled her eyes and mumbled “that’s what singles are”. Five minutes later she SLAMMED a bag in the counter and returned to register with same attitude towards next customer. Sandwiches were stale....I felt like they were pulled from a “I’ll show her” pile. Worst fast food experience ever

Only go here if fast food to you means 35 minutes in the drive thru, and you don’t need anyone to say thank you, (or any words at all; actually.) A new low in bad service, even in a post pandemic world.

If ghetto was a place! This would be it. Unprofessional at its best. The ordering process was harder than geometry. The young man at the window (with dreadlocks) was “playfully” cursing his female coworker out as my 10 year old sat in the back seat listening and watching. Then he look at me smiling and laughing like he was doing something “cute”. The coworker finally told him that he was being rude and he continued on. Then he finally takes my payment and jokingly said to me, “Cuse’ me ma'am but she makes me go there.” I was disgusted. I then informed him that my 10 year old was in the back sit listening to him as he was being so disrespectful. I went to roll up my window and he slammed the ordering window in my face and continued joking and cursing. If I could have given this place 0/5 stars, I would have.

It's always something with this location. I see at the drivethru website for 7 minutes waiting to place an order with "Hold please" as the only form of communication. I eventually drive off. I'm not even asking for great customer service. Any customer service at all would do.....

Absolutely unacceptable! I ordered a Dave's Single. I was given a regular cheese burger. I asked why the MANAGER said they were out of Dave's buns, pickles, and evidently the meat too because the patty was not the size of a Dave's Single patty. I asked for a refund the MANAGER said CORPORATE advised them not to give any refunds. So I paid $6.19 for a small cheese burger not a DAVE'S SINGLE!

Wendys at Trussville Al location is awful. After ordering online and accepting my money the employees tell me that they are out of biggie bags and chilli. They took forever to even acknowledge my presence.

Lobby is always closed even during normal hours. Had a car in front me saying hello for 5 minutes in the drive through, no answer. I pull up, no answer. Pull up to the window, no one looks at you. Parked got out and pulled on the door, locked. Then a guy comes out and says drive through only, I told him no one was answering his response was “don’t make me laugh” ——— what? Pull back around the drive through, finally got an answer. As I’m waiting for my food they left the window open and I heard and saw a lady to stop taking orders.All I can say is I’m not eating here at night. It’s dark and looks like it’s closed and it’s completely uninviting.
