If you’re looking for a pharmacy where the employees are too lazy to answer the phone then this is the pharmacy for you. If not, find another pharmacy!!! The way this one operates is unacceptable!!! If you ever need to call and ask a question, you can hang it up…literally. Too lazy to answer the phone. I’ve called a total of 16 times today with no answer, and this isn’t even close to the first time I’ve had this issue. If they’re out of a medication it will do you no good to call and ask. You’ll have to waste precious moments from your life driving to the pharmacy so they can tell you, in person, what they could’ve told you on the phone.

The pharmacy staff are always pleasant and helpful even if they very busy. We try to go at slow times but those are few.

So many things wrong here, constant staff turnover including pharmacists. People like having a constant in there, it builds trust. Slow at getting prescriptions ready. I have called in a refill on Monday, go Wednesday evening and still had to wait for them to fill it. I've stood in line and heard others having the same problem. I think we are going to change to a different pharmacy.

I’ve gotten my scripts here for years, staff was always wonderful, meds always ready when promised & I couldn’t say enough good things. I don’t know what’s happened, but since first of 2023, all new staff & I’ve yet to meet one that’s in the least bit friendly. My meds are NEVER ready when promised, nor even ordered in when they’ve had a script for a week. Now I cannot EVER get a person on the phone, and when I have they put me on hold & left me there- then you walk in the store & there are no customers, just staff chatting. Last month, I had to go back 3 separate times, and they finally told me on the 3rd visit one of my meds wasn’t even in stock, they had to order it!. So I went out of town & did without for a week & a half. And when I got back? It STILL wasn’t filled. The staff are all rude, lazy & not helpful in the least. WD needs to completely re staff this location. Pitiful. Im transferring all of my scripts today.

Rude and unprofessional.Terrible at communicationNever have medications ready, and always have to “order” common medications…. But they don’t have the decency to let me know there will be a delay and they are rude when I arrive for pickup.NEVER ANSWERS PHONE.

Winn Dixie Pickup ServiceSat., 2/25/23Covid has affected some family members; I am negative, but I figure I should avoid people to be safe. I remember I received a $20 off $50 pickup order at Winn Dixie email so think this is a good time to try it. I spend an hour or so trying to navigate their app--first of all, to see the terms of the deal, which I never find--then trying to find items I want to purchase, wishing you could sort by sales items. By noon, I have my order together, but the app will no longer respond. I attempt to start over a couple of times but no luck. I call the Trussville store to make sure they have the pickup option. They do, but I am told they have cut it off for the day.Sun., 2/26/238:33 am--I place order to be picked up at 11:309:57 am-I receive email and text saying my order is ready to pick up11:30 am--I arrive to pick up my order. An associate comes to my car and says she has no bags for me but sees my order on her device--maybe they're still shopping it. I tell her I received word over an hour ago that it was ready for pickup. Over the next 10 minutes she goes to speak to a manager twice and gets no answer other than they will have to call customer service to see what to do. There is never an offer to regather my order quickly while I wait or reshoot the order and have it delivered to me. She does say she was asked to have me make sure I am at the right store. Um, yes, I am at the right store--didn't you just tell me you can see my order in your queue? I ask to just cancel it--she says she can't do that. Finally, I am told to go home while they work on it and call them back in 30 minutes. (Side note--good! since the hot lunch I picked up is now lukewarm.12:35 pm--I call the store. I am told I need to call customer service myself and ask for e-commerce. After I find out something, I am to call them back and tell them what to do....12:38 pm--I call customer service (1-845-745-0464) and am told I will have a 30-minute wait.1:00 pm--While on hold, I attempt submit a complaint through their "Contact Us" portal. After proving I am not a robot by identifying pictures of motorcycles, bridges, and traffic lights, I get error messages and told to try again later. No thank you.1:05 pm--I resolve never to darken the door of a Winn Dixie again.2:05 pm--to be continued; I AM STILL ON HOLD!Update2:11 pm--At last someone takes my call. Resolution: I can go back to the store and get the groceries for free. I'll have to go in and shop--no thank you. Other option: I may or may not be charged for the groceries I did not get, but I am promised a refund in 7-10 business days if I am charged. Well, I guess I'll take Door #2 then! Congratulations, Winn-Dixie, you have snatched the crown for worst customer service away from Wal-Mart! And they said it couldn't be done!

I've tried on many occasions to have prescriptions filled. They have the rudest staff. They're always behind or out of meds. It does not matter what location in Birmingham or surrounding areas it's the same horrible service. I wish I could give zero stars.

I switched over this summer this is the one of the best pharmacies I have ever used. My old pharmacy made me special order my refrigerated migraine medication on the date of the 30 day refill so it was always administered late. This pharmacy keeps it on hand in anticipation of my refill. It was life-changing for my health management.
