“We are from Alabama. Drove up to Burbank from San Diego where my husband and I had been working all week to surprise our 16 year old son with the inside tour at West Coast. When we got there the young lady at the desk said they were short handed and were not doing tours. Ryan was in his office and I do not know if he heard my accent or me tell our son I am sorry the surprise did not come through but Ryan came out called the young lady into his office, she came back out asked if we could wait an hour and they could do the tour. My son was excited (so was my husband). I thank you Ryan for accommodating us and helping me make this happen for our boy. We also learned how much Ryan gives back to the community. He has a school in which he teaches local young men and women the trade he grew up in. Thank you Ryan and all of your staff who were very kind.”
“I’m not usually one to post things like this but I can’t say enough good things about Pitts automotive in Tuscaloosa! I was eating at Waffle House today when an older couple walked in. The only seating option was high top so my boyfriend and I offered them our booth. We didn’t think anything else of it about 20 minutes later a young man from Pitts auto comes over and says he really appreciated our kindness and hands us a card for a complimentary oil change.”
“Brought in a custom job, had a visor I bought for my helmet and the manufacturer said it was "smoked". When I received it, I was disappointed with the darkness.
I called up Tint world on 1 days notice to see if they could tint my visor, guy told me to come in and drop it off and he would see what he could do. Came back a day later and was very happy with the end result. I'm from out of state working in the area and was very pleased with the customer service and availability to squeeze in a very uncommon job.”

“Workers were professional and thorough. Made sure the parts I asked to be cleaned were. Idk if a lot of yall realize... but these guys also work for tips. So please tip them! If there are 2 working on ur car they will get done twice as fast but they have to split the tip. Consider this when tipping”
