“Well i didn't want to be there obviously, i wrecked my car once again on my way to work at FedEx ground at 2:30 in the morning. But the experience at Browns repair on 69south, was a good one. It was literally 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday. And they very politely said they would help. So the Young Man, I don't remember his name. But he was very polite and was quick about it. Now, rather he was being fast about it because it was like 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday none the less. He did his job, came outside to examine the new damage added on to the already current damage. Took photos of the damage, we went back inside and waited on him to figure up a estimate to fix it. Wasn't too long he knew everything the car needed for a total repair. I looked over the paperwork and his findings. Asked him some questions of course. Just wanted to be crystal clear on his findings. And I believe he did the correct findings on my vehicle now it's time to talk to the insurance company”

“Finally! An honest dealership with transparent prices, great deals, and salesmen that still have some “old school” humanity. I spent close to 8 months shopping for a truck, speaking to dozens of dealerships and salesmen across AL, GA, and TN, while doing extensive research on pricing and features.This was the only dealer that earned my business. Frank was excellent. We negotiated over email and text for a few weeks, he got me a really good deal on a truck + allowed me to get that deal with Ford Financing @ 1.9%. After negotiating, I came in and test drove the truck. Then we did the paperwork and I was out the door in about an hour and a half. The finance manager was great too.Most other dealers will publish false “sale” prices that are only applicable to INFLATED dealership finance rates. Stivers Ford in Birmingham, for example, charges an extra $10K if you use Ford Financing (illegal, btw, but plenty of dealerships get away with plenty of fraudulent activity). Tuscaloosa Ford gave me a great deal AND honored the Ford Financing incentives.Next truck I buy will be from Frank @ Tuscaloosa Ford!”

“I have previously visit this Tuscaloosa location during non-emergencies and emergencies. The employees have always been very knowledgable and helpful. I genuinely do not believe that I have ever been to an auto parts store that was so customer-service oriented. Today, I came into the store in need of "Fix a Flat." After helping me find my originally-intended item, this particular team member listened to my current issues, and he advised me of a possibly better solution. This resulted in his assistance in plugging my tire's puncture hold, and I was on my way! Saved me money, too! He was very helpful and willing to help me in the cold! Special shoutout to him!”

“I mainly go to O'Reilly on 15th, always have but I'll stop at this one once in awhile (it's actually closer) my only complaint is the biased attitudes towards certain ethnicities. That'll never change in this world I know despite the fact I'm totally unbiased and have more friends of different skin tones than my own, much more. I normally don't even say a thing because this will never change but during my last visit where as the clerk was very professional in regards to assisting me their mannerisms were totally unacceptable. What did it for me is the second after they helped me they turned towards a different customer the same shade and the manners and facial expressions greatly improved ? sad this will never ever change but nothing ever will until change indeed is taught and learned. I'll still give it a 4 out of 5 though ?”
