“I really can’t say enough good things about Warren Tires. I have to go to where I got my car for most services (for warranty issues) and hate it because I would prefer going to Warren Tires for everything. I have complete trust in them. They are much cheaper than the service center where I bought my car. They are friendlier and much more helpful at Warren Tires. Today, we brought my car to the service center where I bought my car first because I just bought tires from them in May. I bought three tires from them in May but because I didn’t buy all four (I didn’t need all four) the tire was not covered. They wanted to charge me $100 more for the tire than Warren Tires did!”

“I want to express my appreciation to Tuscaloosa Hyundai and especially the sales person that worked with me, Richard Sharper, for making an unexpected stop in Tuscaloosa a less trying experience due to car trouble.
I was recently traveling from Jackson, MS to Birmingham, AL when my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon began experiencing significant failure. I had to spend the night and went to the dealership first thing in the morning. The service personnel were very nice and my car was evaluated in a timely manner. Unfortunately the car was going to require a new engine and the cost of the repair would have been more than the value of the car.
I met with the used car manager who gave me a fair trade value based on condition of the car. I then worked with Richard to look at options if I were to buy a car and he was patient as I considered all my options as buying a car was not on my radar.
Once I decided to move forward with a car purchase, Richard and the staff of the dealership worked with to get through the issues of not having a check or title with me and we were able to complete the transaction.
As I don't live in Tuscaloosa, I will not be using Tuscaloosa Hyundai for service, but I would recommend them as a good place to buy a car.”

I called because I needed a tire replaced and had a stuck lug nut. They answered right away and immediately ordered the tire for me. I showed up around 3:30, pulled in, they took my car, removed the destroyed lug nut, and had the tire changed in 30 minutes or less.
No upselling, no pressure, no BS about needing extra work. Just honest service. They stand by their work, and when I asked about an alignment, the pricing was very reasonable.
I highly recommend this place—way better than scammy places like Mavis.
The only downside (and this is minor) is the shop looks a little beat inside, but honestly I couldn’t care less when the service is this good.
Fast, friendly, affordable, and they don’t try to screw you over or damage your car to make more money. This is the spot.”

A week ago - I always use Mavis so I made an appointment to replace my rear brakes and rotors. Peyton was awesome! He helped make my experience easy and I felt truly welcomed. I found a discount on brake service online, which he applied, and he also offered extra services at no cost as a bonus. I was so happy, I decided to replace my front two tires. He had my tires in stock and had the job done in a short time.
