“I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Warren Tire compels me to share my story, hoping it can guide others who find themselves in need of not just tire services, but genuine, above-and-beyond customer care.Earlier today, my daughter called me in a panic reporting she had a flat tire and had pulled over into a local business. After a few frantic minutes on the phone calming her down, I suggested she make a call to roadside service to have the tire changed. While she was arranging to have the tire changed, I contacted Warren Tire to confirm they could either repair the tire or swap into a new one should it not be repairable. Talking with Ryan, he assured me they could handle whatever was coming their way. During my conversation, I shared my daughter was pulled over into a place of business less than 1 mile from their location and would be pulling in close to closing time.After a quick call to my daughter to update her on where to go and who to speak with once roadside had changed the tire, I received a call back from Ryan. What happened next was something I could have never anticipated. Ryan was sending a technician with a jack to change the tire and should roadside show up first, to call back and they’d cancel the call.I immediately called my daughter back to share the news. While I was talking with my daughter, roadside showed up. Thus, I called Ryan back to cancel the technician from driving over.Fast forward to my daughter arriving with the flat tire in the back of her truck. The tire was irreparable, and they didn’t have the right size. They installed a used tire (free of charge) of comparable dimensions and suggested we call their sister shop next week to get the right tire. This gives my daughter the confidence she’ll made it to her weekend events and can safely make it back to the Birmingham area this weekend.This act of going out of their way to ensure my daughter's safety and getting her back on the road as quickly as possible speaks volumes.To Warren Tire and especially to Ryan and Russ, I extend my deepest gratitude. “Brought my 2015 VW Passat in for the check engine light. I had brought the car to another shop a few months back, they cleared the light and said if it comes back I need to bring it to VW. Well no surprise the light came back, I took the chance and went to TVR to see if they could figure out what was wrong instead of going to the dealer and I am glad I did. They diagnosed and repaired my car in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. I appreciate they did not throw the kitchen sink at the repair and actually took the time to properly diagnose it. I should also note they are responsive!”
