I had a great experience. I thought they were out of business due to phone saying disconnected after I had already ordered. I emailed Mike and he responded and assured me they were and he proceeded with another email updating me of my order tracking. So I had nothing but good service and the product is exactly what I wanted.

Mike did not return my call for more than six weeks and only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business B. He then promised them and I that he would exchange my gun cover at the beginning of the new year. He said he was out of stock for the one I ordered. Now his phone number is disconnected and his house looks like it is for sale. Terrible! I emailed him today but doubt he will contact me. I bet he will come back on the scene later, but I will not be there to support him or his new business. Terrible service and a terrible person who treated me very poorly!

NO Customer service at all. I ordered the wrong cover by accident and have called and emailed multiple times to try and exchange for the correct one but no response. It was my fault but all I want is to exchange for another. Perfectly willing to pay for return freight, etc. but have had NO comminication for over 5 weeks.
