“Absolutely LOVE their scent “lace” and I can’t say enough good things about their customer service! I’ve never been to their shop location, but came across their laundry line a while back and wanted to order online. Website was super easy to navigate, but somewhere along the way, I ordered the wrong scent. I reached out right away via email, but assumed I would just have to order another bottle, and sort out trying to return the wrong one. This was totally on me, so I was shocked that within 2 hours, they cancelled my mistake, refunded me and had the right one on the way! I got a notification of the refund, and a friendly email letting me know they fixed my mistake. Will definitely(more cautiously) order again, and recommend!”
“As a BAMA fan I was in heaven. I wanted to buy the whole store ?. The staff was too great. Everything I asked for I was directed to. They had everything I could imagine and with Christmas upon us I did extra shopping. I asked and the return policy was was explained to me. I live over an hour away and I have a Dr I see regularly in Tuscaloosa. From hear on out I will be stopping by every single time to see if there is something new I may want.”

“Last Friday my fiancé decided to tell me on the WAY to dinner with his parents that it was his mother's birthday which of course sent me into a panic. Thankfully, right next to the restaurant was SWAG. I walked up and was crushed to see they had just closed 5 mins prior but the ladies inside could tell it was a CODE RED and happily let me in. Their young daughters were SO cute giving me suggestions throughout the store, I found the perfect thing for her and they even quickly wrapped it for me. I just moved to Tuscaloosa and this experience was the epitome of Southern Hospitality- just good people doing good things for others.
